      • Custom Product Orders: As a store specializing in personalized and custom holiday gifts, orders enter our production queue shortly after submission. Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details (e.g., names, dates, text, images, or specific holiday design choices).

      • Order Amendments & Cancellations: Requests to modify or cancel custom orders must be submitted to service@destineky.com within 12 hours of order placement. Once items enter actual production, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

      • Prohibited Uses: You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright and trademark laws).

      SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

       

      We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

       

      You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

      • Shipping & Return Costs: Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns, if applicable). No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for the return of any product.
